Lesson 3. Design and Development of the Educational Plan | Learning Objectives and Planning
Step 5: Set learning objectives for each target group
Step 5 requires you to determine what you want each target group to know, understand, and be able to do. See the following case in which the general objective, the target group, the program objectives, the topics and the learning objectives have already been determined:

When writing your learning objectives, be guided again by the SMART principle, as they must be specific and measurable, so that you can evaluate them later.
These objectives should also be adjusted depending on the education group to which they belong. For example, with the GRC, specific elements of the control process could be addressed, but with lower level athletes, it is enough for them to know the subject.
Step 6: Plan educational activities
Explore the interactive below to learn more about step 6. There you will be able to identify how to plan your educational activities, considering different aspects.
According to the activities, our example that we started would look like this:

Very good! Now that you have reviewed Step 5 and Step 6, you can continue completing your Anti-Doping Education Program.
