Step 9: Share with stakeholders
Finally, for Step 9, we want to highlight that a successful educational program depends on the participation of the main stakeholders: athletes, Athlete Support Personnel (PAD), National Federations (FN), among others. Your participation in the needs assessment, implementation and execution of the educational program is very important.
Think about the FN, the PAD, the training facilities and the institutions. These people and places can be like the guardians or caregivers between you and the athletes in your education group. They can influence the direction of clean sports education and its importance. It is crucial that these stakeholders are present and well informed. Involving these people and giving them a sense of participation in the educational program can be very helpful. Therefore, think about how you can share your plans and align your goals, objectives and expectations with these stakeholders.
